Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Provide timely resolutions to customer issues, creating a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Salesforce Expert: Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track cases, and maintain customer data with accuracy.
  • IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer and technical issues for customers and internal teams. Be the go-to person for technology-related challenges.
  • Logistics & Costing: Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and coordinate cost estimation for products and services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements, leveraging tools like Asana to manage tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, asking the right questions and driving solutions. Foster open communication to enhance operational success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in a customer service or IT support role, with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Asana.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting and tech tools, with a passion for learning new systems.
  • Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people at all levels, offering clear communication and support.
  • Problem Solver: Not afraid to ask questions, dig into details, and find solutions that work for everyone.
  • Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks, logistics, and customer inquiries efficiently.
