This role involves interacting with wholesale specialty store accounts to provide information in response to order inquiries, issues, and information about products. You will act as a general liaison with the Sales team to support all customer service-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Process all sales order entries, order maintenance, order cancellations, and returns within designated timeframes.
- Enter all specialty store and sample orders.
- Support Account Executives with order inquiries, style availability, and cancellations.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with Sales and accounts on custom orders, including product research and tracking orders through to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Review backorders and order deadlines to ensure shipping goals are met.
- Review daily reports and make necessary changes in the operating system.
Education and Qualification:
- 1 or more years of Wholesale Customer Service/Sales Experience.
- Knowledge of BlueCherry/First Data /Authorize.net.
- Intimate apparel product knowledge is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
