Job DescriptionNOW HIRING full-time or part-time customer service specialist to help conduct the operation of a financial advisory practice with an independent franchisee of Ameriprise Financial. Assist financial advisor in managing office workflow with an emphasis on creating and delivering a unique client experience. Consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements.Provide client relationship support through interacting directly with clients to ensure accurate account setup, answering client questions, and coordinating/tracking projects.Responsibilities and time allocation will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.Position Functions:Work with home office to ensure accurate account setup and resolve issuesAnswer questions and provide readily available information to clientsMaintain files and recordsSet up and maintain client management systemConduct transaction requests as directedReceive and administer communications to/from clients and prospects to schedule appointments or refer to advisorKey Traits of a Successful Client Service Associate/Manager:Effective communication with clients, advisors, and staffStrong computer and phone skillsEfficient time management, attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skillsAbility to adhere to rules and regulations as required by advisor and Ameriprise FinancialAbility to support and provide guidance for compliancePositive attitude and sincere willingness to continually learn and growEducation and Other Designations:2+ years of customer service experienceCompetitive pay and flexible work environment.Send cover letter and resume to alyssa.boaz@#J-18808-Ljbffr
