About the Team/RoleThe Customer Service Specialist primarily engages with WEX customers over the phone. In this role, you would be responsible for accurately answering customer inquiries about available products while delivering high-quality service. Additionally, you will provide guidance to customers via telephone and email.How You'll Make an ImpactAssist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing education on servicesAnswer between 40-60 inbound phone calls per dayNavigate and effectively use 10-15 different systems simultaneouslyMultitask across multiple platforms during each callDeliver clear communication while providing accurate answers and solutionsEducate customers on additional options or features accordinglyRespond accurately to email inquiries, maintaining proper language, grammar, and spellingAdhere to confidentiality guidelinesConduct thorough research to investigate all inquiries using available reference materialsAchieve or exceed established customer service standards and goalsMaintain product knowledge and actively participate in ongoing departmental training and educationProvide additional training to team members when necessaryExperience You'll Bring?Proficiency with computers is requiredAccess to high-speed internet via ethernet cable is requiredPrevious exposure managing a steady flow of incoming callsStrong customer service and/or call center background is preferredAll offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
