Do you have experience in customer service and love the environment of helping individuals on a daily basis? If so, this may be the opportunity for you! This is a customer service opportunity where you will be taking orders from hospital providers and delivering face to face training and customer service to the receiving patient.

Responsibilities
Customer Service Individual Needed for a Dynamic Medical Supply Company! Someone who is looking to make a positive impact on individuals' lives on a daily basis. Weekends Required, flexible schedule between 8:30am and 7pm $18/hour. This is currently part-time with potential of going full-time and permanent. You will also have to report to the office daily with no future remote capabilities, due to the job needs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer inbound orders to address what equipment is needed for the patients
+ Face to face assistance and training details to the individuals who need medical equipment.
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database.
+ Process and deliver orders as they come into the hospital to the patient's room.
+ This position will be 2-3 days per week in office and does include every Saturday and Sunday.
+ Paid weekly on Fridays!
