We are seeking a **Operations Clerk in supply chain & logistic** s for a client located in **North Houston, TX 77032 .**
**Pay $23.00 hr**
**Schedule: mon to Fri 8am-5pm**
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelors degree in business administration or supply chain & logistics
+ Experience w/ SAP software program/system
+ experience answering multiple phone lines, & multi tasking
+ experience data entry, typing 40 wpm, and analysis
**Job description:**
+ Perform non-routine tasks related to PA Renewals.
+ Document tasks into clear process flows.
+ Assist in the development of training materials.
+ Collaborate effectively with customers, internal teams, and branch staff.
+ Demonstrate urgency and efficiency in completing tasks.
+ Execute tasks aligned with established performance metrics. Annual Renewal Management:
+ Quote annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently to confirm the status of their purchase orders, similar to resolving payment issues in collections.
+ Customer Outreach:
+ Proactively make calls and independently follow up with customers regarding their purchase orders.
+ Territory Oversight: Potentially manage their own renewal territory. Customer Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
