Field incoming requests, emails about orders, products, and website help. Ability to make decisions quickly, while focusing on the consumer experience from start to finish. Order entry/management within provided ERP. Manage, refund, adjust, and replace orders through various portals. Monitor and respond to reviews and questions on website and various sales channels. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Excellent communication and Customer Service skillset required. Must be comfortable with, or willing to learn software Excellent written/verbal and follow-up/time management skills. Working knowledge of and skill in using MS Office – Word & Excel - required. Ability to quickly learn a new database computer program required.
