We have an immediate opening for an energetic, passionate & experienced Professional to join our Karl Lagerfeld Sportswear team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Job Qualifications: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage escalated issues and follow to completion. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Passion for Customer Care.

The pay range for this position is: $55,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week) - $68,000 per year (Annualized salary is based on a 40 hour work week)
