**Customer Service Specialist - Membership**
Membership & Licensing Beaverton, Oregon Minimum Experience **Entry-level** VTM Group is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Membership and License Management Group. What youll be doing:
The Customer Service Specialist manages the membership process and serves as the main point person for a specific group of accounts. This role is also responsible for responding to inquires about account renewals but is not responsible for outcome of the renewal or any sales functions. They specialize in providing membership support, account services and top-notch customer service via email and over the phone. Customer Service Specialists are the subject matter expert for membership questions and help guide processes that impact VTM clients businesses.
Responsibilities include processing membership applications and renewals including some accounts receivable duties. Extensive customer services support via email (Outlook) to respond to inquiries regarding membership and group benefit questions. In addition, this role provides reception relief using multi-line phone system and additional administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and experience required for the role:
* Minimum of two years of email/phone customer service experience in an office setting
* Intermediate (or better) knowledge of the MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Strong verbal, written and business communication experience
* Good arithmetic abilities
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to multi-task with potential of repeated interruptions
* Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
* Experience using QuickBooks and Access is a plus
