Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience with our company is smooth, positive, and effective. You'll handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information with a focus on outstanding service. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while receiving the support and resources you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate, timely, and efficient responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, issues, and service-related problems with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, ideally in a remote setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Ability to work within the established hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrates patience, kindness, and professionalism in all interactions.
