Job Description We are looking for energetic individuals that have an interest in providing our client's customers with excellent customer service support from our office in Unity, Maine. An Inbound Customer Care Professional is responsible for fielding inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests and inbound email requests in a fast-faced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer support using the phone, Internet and computer skills. Training provided. This is a Customer Service project for seasonal help that will last 90 + days. Team members who excel may be asked to continue the permanent team ongoing. Requirements Must speak fluent English. Be able to type 40 words per minute or greater The ability to travel to our call center located in Unity, ME. A computer and workstation are provided for your use in the call center. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in a chair. Benefits •Everyone needs time to relax and enjoy life.
