Responsible for managing customer requests through the Mission Control software and assisting the customer with all aspects of the patient transfer process. Requires an extra mile customer service attitude and commitment to resolving all requests in a timely and professional manner. This may include finding a destination for the patient, calculating the recommended transportation method, coordinating with all transportation assets and agencies as directed by the customer, and maintaining communication with all parties. Operators will also play a critical role in the BedFinder process, which includes contacting hospitals for the bed availability and assisting hospitals in finding bed placement as needed. Candidates for this position must be detail-oriented, able to multitask, adept in managing multiple software applications and associated workflows. The ability to problem solve and communicate effectively while maintaining the highest standard of customer service is required for success.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following**:

* Receive all incoming Mission Control requests and coordinate the transport in its entirety with a wide array of medical facilities and transportation agencies.

* Communicate with hospitals to ensure accurate information and timely service.

**Additional Job Requirements**

* Regular Scheduled Attendance

* Compliance with policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook, and any established company Policy and Procedures

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts 3 days a week on a rotating schedule

* Provide excellent customer service in a timely, professional, and respectful manner

* Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling
