* Partner with the CSOS/CSM to meet customer service objectives
* Handle customer complaints per company standards
* Maintain a visible presence on the sales floor
* Partner with CSOS/CSM Manage call-out replacements
* Communicate to store management and corporate staff on any issues affecting CS operations.

+ Assure Cash Leads have what they need to be successful
+ Have working knowledge of all FOH equipment
+ Know troubleshooting steps for all equipment
