Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 5 customer service representatives.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues and concerns effectively.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor s degree preferred.
