Job Description:

The Billing Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the billing department, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and improving billing processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Supervise and manage the billing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices and billing statements.
