Position Summary: The Customer Service Supervisor manages the daily operations of the customer service team

developing, implementing, and maintaining processes, procedures and programs to improve customer

service.

What you'll do:

* Provides day to day supervision and assistance to customer service team;

* Ensures adequate phone coverage and monitors calls;

* Establishes schedules and maintains work standards to ensure quality and timeliness;

* Answers incoming calls and processes orders per customer item specifications;

* Develops and recommends improvements to work flow, internal procedures, or forms design and

usage;

* Interviews and hires new staff, prioritizes, assigns, and reviews work;

* Provides and coordinates staff training and the use of new procedures;

* Coaches employees to correct deficiencies and implements discipline procedures;

* Investigates and researches escalated customer service inquiries;

* Responsible for adhering to food security, food safety regulations and policies (SQF, HACCP,

CGMPs))

* Observes and evaluates employee performance annually

About you:

* Associates degree and/or two to four years related experience;

* Leads by example;

* Must have good communication skills, both oral and written;

* Ability to work with frequent interruptions while maintaining close attention to detail;

* Good organizational skills, analytical, and problem solving skills;

* Maintains good working relationships throughout all departments;

* Proficient in ten key, Goggle/Microsoft and web based applications

Preferred

* Bilingual

* Produce/perishable knowledge
