Customer Service Supervisor

In this role you will report to the Materials Manager and supervise 1 production scheduler and 4 customer service staff to ensure accurate planning and scheduling. You will supervise and coordinate activities of these workers, plan work schedules, and evaluate their performance. You will also assist them in resolving problems and completing their work. You will notify management of any issues affecting delivery methods. You must be able to manage an SAP or similar production/materials scheduling system. You will need strong communication and problem-solving skills as you will be interacting with internal and external customers to aid in the resolution of issues, at times coordinating corrective action for missed customer shipments. In this role they need someone with strong organizational and time management skills who is able to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment. This is a Monday-Friday day shift role, but you must be available for calls and sometimes coming in for emergencies on off hours.Base of $80 - $90k plus 3% bonus.
