In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Supervisor for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and contract administrators. This position is a direct hire role. This role must be worked onsite. Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business required
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of experience managing a team
- Ability hire, lead and mentor a customer service team
- Understand all company products and train customer service representatives on processes and strategies
- Work with internal departments and external service providers/affiliates
- Responsible for successful administration and maintenance of terms and conditions of contractual agreements and customer pricing
- Experience with Epicor and Salesforce preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment heavily preferred
