In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Supervisor for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and contract administrators. This position is a direct hire role. This role must be worked onsite. Job Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Business required
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of experience managing a team
  • Ability hire, lead and mentor a customer service team
  • Understand all company products and train customer service representatives on processes and strategies
  • Work with internal departments and external service providers/affiliates
  • Responsible for successful administration and maintenance of terms and conditions of contractual agreements and customer pricing
  • Experience with Epicor and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment heavily preferred
