**Job Description**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that Western Reporting customers have an amazing customer experience and are achieving great results! This individual is the day-to-day contact for customers, and is responsible for leading all communication, and customer service with the support of the rest of the Western Reporting Team.

This person should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and improve processes to increase efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

**Functions and Responsibilities**

* Build a rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.

* Responsible for resolving basic website support tickets in a timely manner.

* Work in multiple platforms and websites throughout the day to service customers.

* Multitask between answering phones and emails to triage client issues.

* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Responsible for prioritizing and escalating customer support requests, when applicable.

* Identify, assess, and log problems generating recurring customer service questions.

* Ability to move work to the right team, e.g., tier-2 support, Sales, Marketing, etc.

* High level operational knowledge of Western Reportings Analyst Team responsibilities

* Able to work weekend shift rotation.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications**

* Must demonstrate effective critical thinking skills and be able to problem solve.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Minimum 2+ years in customer service role.

* Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document for further escalation.

* Bilingual a plus

**Type**

* Full time (Non-Exempt)

* Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00

* Weekend shifts available

**Location**

* Sandy, Utah
