Specific Duties to Perform: •Follow established standard operating procedures and policies •Handle customer request and follow-up to ensure resolution •Perform valid and accurate review of customer documents •Comply with security guidelines and handling of the sensitive information •Work collaboratively in a team environment •Communicate progress and any issues with immediate supervisor and team members •Due to the government requirements for this role, candidates must be able to successfully pass a security background check, obtain 5C clearance and hold US citizenship.
