Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field; or five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer Support Experience: 1 year
- Mechanical Knowledge
Job Description:
- Follow company safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Provide technical assistance to service technicians via telephone or email.
- Provide sales support to Channel Partner sales network.
- Document technical service calls via specified software.
- Perform failure analysis for responsible products. Work with engineers/vendors for a resolution.
- Create all technical documentation required.
- Provide technical training to live groups and/or webcast groups.
- Create necessary reports for responsible products.
- Assist sales team and procurement team with third party equipment decisions.
- Assist engineering team with the testing of new products or product changes.
