The primary focus assisting customers with scheduling appointments for service on their vehicles via texts/calls/emails. Additionally, this position supports the Service Advisors and Service Department Manager. Successful candidates will be capable of prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks, have positive energy, be professional (including appearance) and must enjoy assisting customer and helping them solve challenges. - Communicating with customers and business partners through phone, text and email.
- Update both customer communication and team member communication systems inside the dealership.
- Update customer information in CRM.
- Support customer call-In's requesting Service Appointments/Scheduling Appointments.
- Other clerical functions to keep our Service and Parts operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Data Entry Knowledge
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills (Hospitable/Patient)
- Website Navigation and Social Media Literate
- Professional appearance and attitude.
