JOB SUMMARY: In this role, Customer Service/ Support Representative will assist clients (brokers and policyholders) by providing support with emphasis on Workers Compensation Certificate issuance as well as other administrative responsibilities.
Duties include issuing and voiding certificates. Heavy typing, accuracy essential, heavy phones, and computer entry on terminal. Candidates will be cross trained with additional customer service support responsibilities, such as scanning, record updates, mail processing, claim searches, and additional administrative support duties. The emphasis of job duties may change based on the operational needs of the organization.

Required Education, Experience & Licensing
Associate degree or higher preferred.
At least 1 year of office and customer service-related experience.
Computer Skills (MS Suite with good knowledge of Excel)

The annual salary range for this role is $40,000 to $50,000 in addition to bonus potential, a 401(k) match, health benefits, paid time off and more. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the individual's experience and qualifications.
