Our client is seeking a Customer Service Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for safely maintaining/servicing (with occasionally installing/removing) of various types of bulk liquid and gaseous cryogenic supply systems (Nitrogen, Argon, Helium, Oxygen, CO2, and Hydrogen)Individuals will be required to respond to service calls, as well as performing supply system inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned accounts. This will require continuous compliance of all company and industry specific safety policies, without exception.In this role, you will have experience and be able to communicate/correspond professionally with counterparts, customers, vendors, and sales department. Techs typically works an 8 hour per day and will on call 24 hours unless scheduled off.Day travel required, utilizing an issued service vehicle, in the following areas: West/Central Wisconsin with some Eastern and Northern Minnesota areas. Applicant must be capable of operating service vehicle and have a clean driving record, with knowledge in the practice of defensive driving technique.You will receive training at the Linde National Training Center, which is in East Chicago, Indiana. The training forum is college level classes requiring completion of prerequisite prior to actual training class. Your home will be your base of operations for your territory in the San Jose, CA area.Base, with 15% overtime and other overtime potential.Around 20% overnight travel to start with OTJ training and some mandated training and classes for your field. Upon completion that number drastically decreases. You will be proved a company vehicle, credit card, tablet, phone and use your home as your home base.
