A Leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing optical sorting technology is looking for Customer Service Technicians to add to their outstanding team. An equipment manufacturing and engineering company providing cutting edge sorting solutions to the recycling industry is looking for individuals that are technically proficient with electro/mechanical skills and enjoy the opportunity to travel. The Customer Service Technician provides superior and timely pre- and post-sales support to all customers worldwide while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the industry, provides technical support for all system components including computer, electro-mechanical components, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, has a shared responsibility for service and warranty support, customer training, site inspections, customer expedited service and parts solutions for project installations. - Remotely monitors systems to insure optimal product operations at customer sites through onsite and remote HMI interfaces. Troubleshoots computer, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults at customer sites.- Provides in-depth pre- and post-sales support to end-users for the complete product line and systems. Interfaces with customers on-site to deliver product and service training.- Assists with development and maintenance of technical documentation including operator's manuals, service manuals and training materials.- Provides feedback to R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing groups to improve product performance and serviceability.- Electrical and pneumatic machine experience preferred.
