Customer Service Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)

• Manage the inbound and outbound shipments and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

• Auditing outbound shipments, verifying inventory counts, checking and entering data, updating and maintaining databases

• Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered

• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments

• Engages with customers, vendors, drivers, and co-workers with positive, professional, and respectful communication

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests

• Assign inbound trucks to designated dock doors

• Set up, control and maintain all related files for customer stored materials

• Complete call logs and reports

• Collaborate with logistics technicians and dispatchers

Customer Service Shift Info

• 5:45AM - 2:15PM

Customer Service Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 2+ years of clerical office or customer service experience

• Prior SAP experience is a plus

• Inventory control experience preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Able to lift and move up to 10 lbs.

• Able to work in various weather conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises and smells associated with a warehouse
