We have a super team of individuals providing excellent service in our Customer Experience Group . We now have a great opportunity for a sharp , service-oriented team player to join our already very awesome group as **Customer Service Warranty Representative!** Our new team member will be responsible for providing the best possible customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries processing orders, preparing services orders, tracking bids, resolving billing concerns, and handling warranty administration. * Develop thorough understanding of company products and knowledge of the order and warranty process.

* Answer incoming customer calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information and related support to the sales team.

* Provide quotes, process new orders, check status of existing orders.

* Coordinate the dispatch of sub-contractors to customer facilities for surveys, installations, and repairs. Address and resolve customer/sub-contractor inquiries/issues.

* Maintains the customer database; enters timely and accurate information

* Process contracts and prepares documents, letters, email

* Warranty coordination includes resolving questions related to warranty issues & replacement part orders.

* Review incoming warranty claim invoices with Technical Service to verify warranty, coding and repair work completed.

* Work with all internal department managers on required warranty approval

* Process warranty claims on a timely basis and verify compliance

* Assist the team to act as a back-up for the Receptionist as needed.

* Excellent communication skills- verbal, telephone, in-person and written. Possesses well-polished, telephone and face-to-face communication skills with a personable and professional demeanor.

* Participate as a contributing team member and performs other duties as assigned in a fast-paced setting.

* Associate degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required

* At least 1-2 years of related or CS experience-- manufacturing preferred

* Construction contract management experience helpful.

* Customer-service orientation; Strong interpersonal, team, problem-solving and communication skills

* Proficient computer skills-- i.e., MS Excel, Word, Email, etc; Quickly able to learn new systems such as ERP and database applications.
