** Position Description**
**Customer Service/Weighmaster** Location **110 A.R. Wilson Quarry-Aromas** **Job Summary**
This position will be primarily responsible for operating the scales providing accurate tags for all materials coming in and going out of the Quarry and remote branch scale operations.
**General Summary**
- Comply, understand, and promote Graniterocks Core Values, including safety initiatives to ensure Safety Before all Else
- Provide excellence in customer service.
- Managing multiple phones through the day with heavy call volume.
- Provide customers with accurate sales tags for incoming and outgoing materials
- Work closely with project foreman on daily volumes and schedules
- Manage credit card receipts and balance drawer daily
- Oversee daily schedule for location and communicate schedule to plant team members and transportation dispatch
- Verify all vehicle files contain accurate information per the Weight and Measures Standards
**Education and Work Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ years construction industry or related general office experience
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Cash handling and excellent math aptitude
* Excellent time management
* Ability to prioritize work productively and meet deadlines
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish requited
* Ability to work flexible schedule
* Demonstrated computer skills
