Customer Services Representative
Starting pay $19.57 / hour
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
* Handle incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, and other consumer contacts
* Report of policyholder claims, processing premium payments, providing insurance quote and processing policy changes, assisting with customer website support, and answering general inquiries
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, processes, and communication as needed
What We're Looking For:
* Ability to acquire and maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) Producer's license in Shelter's operating territory (paid for by Shelter)
* Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem-solving skills
* Ability to take the lead and guide our customers to a resolution
* Detailed individual with flexibility to handle frequent changes
* Demonstrate timely, consistent job attendance history with the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays
* Be able to work beginning November 11th from our Henderson, NV call center
* Due to duties and responsibilities of this position, a criminal background check may be run on final candidates
* Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
