Summary/Objective
Communicates and coordinates with other departments in order to fulfill customers' needs. First point of customer contact for general inquiries, like product availability, pricing, shipment scheduling etc. Builds and maintains business relationship with clients and suppliers by providing prompt and accurate service. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
