Answer phone calls and emails. Respond to questions and complaints with in 24 hours. Communicating with customers through various channels. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Knowing our product to answer questions correctly. Take orders and process payments. Providing resolution and feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Occasionally answer non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
