* Salary Range: Up to $18.00/hour - pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factors

Responsibilities

* Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customers.

* Provide excellent care

* Assist with any customer issues

* Document any phone calls and actions in the data base.

* Perform opening and closing duties of Storefront lobby.

* Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.

* Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.

Qualifications

What We Look for in a Candidate:

* 18 years or older

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to remain engaged on the phone and in person throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.

* Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us

* Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
