We are looking for multiple Customer Solution Coordinators. These are 6+ month contract to possible hire opportunities in Irvine, CA. CSC's work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
The Customer Solution Coordinators will play a vital role in providing support to the Project Management team by processing orders in SAP. Monitor current projects and coordinate all team members involved keeping installation workflow on track. Communicate timeline changes and new information to the project team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or experience may be substituted.
* 1+ years of professional administrative experience.
* Experience with scheduling and project coordination is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Digitally coordinates installation with third-party vendors, co-workers, and customers.
* Heavy data entry and maintenance of client system information.
* Manage the data for all project-related information; ensure all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored.
* Manage travel for the installation team within the assigned budget and ensure adherence to the travel policy.
* Organize and plan meetings with the project manager, either ad hoc or on a scheduled cadence.
* Ensure on-time completion of all installation projects.
* Work to improve the project process.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $23/hour to $25/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
