Job Title: Customer Solutions AdministratorJob Description
The Customer Solutions Administrator will work cross-functionally and be responsible for providing solutions to our representatives and internal customers. The goal of the role is to help provide a better experience for our employees, third-party representatives, and end users by quickly coming up with solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
+ Confers with appropriate personnel and responds to customer inquiries and complaints.
+ Reviews and enters equipment orders into the ERP System.
+ Reviews customer purchase orders and project information sheets.
+ Informs customers of ship dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed.
+ Coordinates order acknowledgements for credit review presentations to Accounting and Manufacturing representatives.
+ Places orders into ERP Systems.
+ Ensures the accuracy of the representatives commission and shipping charges.
+ Routes orders to departments for processing to ensure delivery by specific dates and notifies representatives of delivery dates.
+ Reviews and enters parts orders into ERP Systems, including creating shipping labels for parts shipment and walking out packets to the shipping department.
+ Creates work orders and gives them to appropriate departments as required.
+ Creates inventory and work order movement and pack list numbers for each parts order.
+ Enters tracking numbers and weights into the ERP Systems for parts orders.
+ Manages international parts orders.
+ Reports on back orders and maintains a daily log.
+ Handles drop shipment of certain parts to vendors.
+ Validates warranty orders using submitted warranty forms.
+ Validates warranty returns in collaboration with the Quality team.
+ Maintains all list prices in ERP Systems.
+ Files sales order files in cabinets.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in logistics, administrative tasks, and reporting.
+ Data entry proficiency.
+ Knowledge of supply chain management.
+ 2+ years of logistics experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ College degree preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates in a fast-paced work environment with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The organization fosters growth opportunities for individuals as they build their tenure.
