Typically possesses zero to three years experience resolving problems for customers and answering customer questions regarding Company programs, policies, and procedures. Under direct supervision, processes incoming orders. Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) in a timely manner. Works within established guidelines.
