Our client is based out of Tarpon Springs and is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to take inbound calls answering patient's questions on their medical bills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working as part of a team environment and have strong customer service focus to effectively interact wit patients, doctors, staff, and management.
Qualifications & Job Duties:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients at all times.
Strong communication and customer support skills.
Work with patients to answer questions and resolve any potential billing issues.
Knowledgeable in medical terminology and billing is preferred
Understands Medical insurance, deductibles, copay, and coinsurance
Must have computer skills
Pay Rate: $18 -$20/ Hour
