Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Customer Success Associate at Endless Health, located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area with some remote work flexibility. The role involves engaging with current and potential customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading a consultative sales process, and focusing on customer retention by analyzing where we can provide the best support.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement and Customer Support skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus
• Knowledge of biochemistry and clinical chemistry laboratory testing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ideally a STEM field)
