We need an enthusiastic and dedicated Mid-Level Customer Success Associate to provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers. The ideal candidate we need should have a strong customer service background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and other related applications
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
Positive and professional attitude
Duties:
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments
Create and maintain customer accounts
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Maintain customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.
