The Customer Success Associate (Small Business Team) is focused on maximizing efficiency to generate rapid and accurate research results for our client and partnership accounts across a wide array of industries and jurisdictions.Essential Duties and responsibilitiesConduct industry and location specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county and city level business licensing requirementsCreate business specific research packages for daily, timely delivery to clients in line with our established key performance indicatorsIdentify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including: forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal dataCommunicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiriesProvide proactive updates to our clients and partners regarding order statuses and delaysConcisely convey findings to clients and team members via oral and written correspondenceHelp us expand and update our industry knowledge by adding both new and updated license information for future useInteract with clients and business partners to identify, explain and resolve business licensing needsOther DutiesOther duties as assigned.Job QualificationsEducation: Minimum Bachelor s degree, or equivalentExperience: 0-3 years of experience, preferably in the licensing or compliance field.Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues and clientsExcellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistencyAbility to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work at all timesUse of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with partners, clients, or sensitive dataExcellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skillsAbility and desire to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to adapt to changing regulatory environmentOutstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based environment (including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF)Travel requirementsNoneLOCAL REGULATIONS AS NEEDEDN/APhysical Demands (UNITED STATES)NoneThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
