Title: Customer Success Coordinator
Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer success Coordinator join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and they are satisfied with the resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associates degree; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
- Ability to learn new software (shopify, loop, helpscout, etc)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel)
Location: Pompano Beach, Florida (On Site)
Compensation: $43,000- $50,000k/year
