It's an exciting time to join Aidentified. We're a rapidly growing company following our series A funding. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and help maintain relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will make meaningful contributions to our retention, onboarding, and product strategies. Additionally, the candidate will have heavy exposure to, and work alongside, our executive leadership team.
