This means $17B worth of cancelled projects per year.Our SolutionPaces is software for green infrastructure developers to identify the best places to build and manage their projects. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing success and solutions team!What You'll AchieveManage 50-100 customers with onboarding, live training, webinars, renewals, health checks, collecting product feedback, support, quarterly account reviews, and success plans.Aid in upsells and expansion across our existing customer base.Answer support tickets and create high value knowledge base content.Collaborate closely with the growth team to iterate on our CS strategy.Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy customers, competitor landscape, and industry trends.About YouYou are a scrappy CSM who iterates quickly.
