Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Customer Success Manager on behalf of our client, an exciting startup on the cutting edge of the alternative lending industry based out of New York City, NY! This position can sit fully remote and is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process as well as work in conjunction with the engineering team to resolve customer issues.Perks:

What you will be doing:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure they are set up for success.
- Proactive Support: Monitor client accounts to anticipate needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve our products and services, working closely with the product and development teams.
- Advocacy & Retention: Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to track client success metrics and drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
- Prior experience in a startup environment highly preferred
- Prior experience working with SaaS products
