What You'll Do:
In this role, the Client Success Manager (CSM) will strive to understand client goals and outcomes through ongoing data collection and feedback analysis. The CSM will turn this data into onboarding, retention, and expansion strategies and provide the voice of the customer input to aid in refining the product roadmap. This role will involve all aspects of client implementations, ongoing support, client training and education, and more. As excellent client experience is a core value of the company, all CHAMP team members look to client services and success for input across all critical decisions.
