The Opportunity: To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager for the Hamilton Lane Technology Solutions offerings in our Conshohocken office. This individual will dedicate themselves to the successful onboarding, continued training, and growth of our global client base. A successful candidate strives to provide a superior level of service by communicating effectively, diving deep to find actionable solutions and operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities often change. Customer Success Managers strive to understand and deliver on the goals of our global client base, authentically instill trust and maintain collaborative internal and external relationships. Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide an excellent level of service by fielding calls and emails in a highly responsive timeframe
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the platform and all Hamilton Lane offerings
  • Collaborate with our sales team to understand the goals of our newest clients and translate them into an adoption plan
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions, and develop content to aid in product adoption
  • Manage contract renewals, and look for avenues to cross-sell other HL products & services
  • Instill client's trust in the platform through building out report templates and supplying validation for back-end calculations occurring in the platform
  • Collaborate with the product manager and development team to translate client feedback into actionable changes in the platform that align with our global client perspective
Your background will include:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a client facing role.
  • Experience in SaaS technology and private markets preferred
  • An understanding of basic quantitative financial concepts such as performance calculations, risk analysis and valuation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate creative solutions to unstructured problems.
  • A self-starter with superior organization skills that can work autonomously.
  • Must be able to project manage and juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Must be able to clearly and concisely communicate
  • Must be adaptable to the shifting demands of different situations
