Select is looking for a Customer Success Manager to fulfill our brandhub platform commitments to our clients. The ideal candidate will represent brandhub internally & externally to partners and clients, while actively engaging with customers and service partners to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver creative outcomes for our clients.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across Accounts, Creative, Product, Production, brandhub Service Development and Finance teams.
Manage Support Inquiries & Facilitate Resolution or Escalations.
Engage clients using Select's growing suite of marketing technology products.
Requirements:
Ability to manage several overlapping projects simultaneously.
Self-starter who values collaboration and feedback.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Professional & proactive communication skills.
Comfortable leading presentations & onboarding training calls virtually.
