DescriptionWhat you'll be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, with a focus on developing and executing strategic success plans, aligning ActiveFence's solutions with their business objectives and goals.
- Conduct periodic executive reviews and health checks - accurately assessing customer health, helping define adoption strategies and ensure value realization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and act as an internal advocate for our customers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to be able to keep customers informed as their trusted advisor.
- Drive successful onboarding and implementation of ActiveFence technology working closely with technical and engineering resources.
- Responsible for ensuring that customers are set up for success, identifying renewal risks, and driving action plans to successful renewal.
The salary range for this role is 158-168K OTE - Range may vary based on experience
RequirementsWhat you'll need:
- 5+ years of customer facing Enterprise Software experience in a Customer Success, Sales, Account Management or Project Management role
- A highly ambitious attitude; full of new ideas and ready to jump in
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth SaaS technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex customer relationships, achieving customer satisfaction, and driving customer retention and expansion.
- You are dedicated to deeply engaging with our customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform to meet their business objectives.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex customer accounts simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills especially at the C-level. Past experience working with senior C-level executives both internally and externally
- High technical aptitude to learn customer use cases and architectural requirements for ActiveFence's solutions
- Understanding of the Trust & Safety industry is a plus.
