As a Client Success Manager, you'll take the lead in managing and expanding relationships with corporate partners across the U.S. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service and solutions while driving engagement and retention. Your Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with corporate accounts, serving as the go-to expert for all client needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute rollout and renewal plans, increasing participation rates and delivering measurable results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Create eligibility, participation, and budget reports; use these insights to develop engagement strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Lead impactful seminars, presentations, and meetings, customizing content to resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Growth Strategies: Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data to define and implement growth initiatives.
  • Operational Leadership: Partner with internal departments to resolve issues, develop solutions, and ensure seamless follow-up.
  • Business Development: Generate referrals from existing clients and support leadership in acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare reports and updates to track performance and align with company objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar role. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Communication Skills: A professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Writing skills: Proven ability to craft clear, concise messaging that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: A track record of producing accurate, timely results while managing competing priorities.
  • Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to tailor processes to meet client needs while achieving organizational goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in business and budgeting systems, with the ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
