The Manager of Key Accounts will have overall P&L responsibility for a set of Top Arvato Customers. As the KAM, you will ensure consistent and best-in-class customer services through effective planning, management and stakeholder collaboration. They will also monitor and review service level and quality adherence as well as continuously drive the development and growth of the accounts. This includes RFQs related to the existing client base and the onboarding of additional business streams within the unit.
YOUR TASKS
- P&L responsibility and accountability of P&L results for several accounts including pricing negotiations for change requests and new business opportunities as well as cost control of own operation.
- Full engagement and collaboration with account, finance and operations teams to ensure complete financial oversight on the accounts.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement to ensure best in-class services.
- Develop client presentations, such as Quarterly/Strategic Business Reviews and proposals at executive level.
- Own and develop the expansion strategy whilst collaborating with regional and global teams to ensure the highest level of quality possible.
- Function as the point-of-contact for escalated customer complaints and handle such cases effectively and professionally, exhibiting proactively and responsiveness to customer issues.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or similar field.
- SAP Experience required.
- 5+ years experience in leading Key Account Management role
- 5+ years experience in large, complex organization with relevant Supply Chain experience, ideally in Healthcare devices environment.
- Demonstrated success with optimizations and improvements within a warehouse setting.
- Client facing customer service approach.
- Strong operational mindset and process focus.
