A team in Boulder, Colorado is looking to add a Customer Success Manager to their team! This person will be in charge of creating assets for both free and paid sales motions. This individual will be tasked with creating and implementing strategies to provide sales teams with the essential tools, content, and knowledge needed to successfully interact with customers. This person will be responsible developing and executing a messaging strategy and communication plan across various channels. This includes creating promotional, reminder, and follow-up email series to ensure engagement and guide recipients to the next steps. This role requires someone to build out landing pages, assist and lead live network webinars, and attend regular team meetings. This will be a remote position that offers an hourly rate of $35/hr to $45/hr based on years of experience. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of Customer Engagement experience 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales with a SaaS platform company Experience with content and enablement creation. Strong experience creating assets, building and presenting webinars Experience building out email series automationsExperience and understanding with the faith ecosystemStrong communication skills in writing, over the phone and in visual presentations.
